I have tested it with virtuemart sample data and some pages had cache problems.
Concretely, "Chain saw" and "Smaller shovel" crash. Either the menu would disappear or the product details would break the layout, or both at the same time.
The module, however, gets cached correctly and speeds the site up quite noticeably, so even if it doesn't completely work component wise it's worth to cache the module while we wait for a fix?
